Reviews aren't overwhelmingly positive for this headlamp restoration kit. Some people had amazing results, just as described, others had difficulty getting any results. While many people did not have great things to say about the kit, over half of reviews stated good results. However, many of the people who did get solid results said that the five-minute time estimation should have been closer to an hour. The most common complaint was that the results were far less than stated, and that the amount of time to get any results was far beyond what was advertised.

That being said, there are two main types of buildup that occur on headlamps. One type is on the outside, and can be removed. This honestly, is almost never a five-minute process, unless the car is a year old, and that doesn't require much more than soap and water anyway. The other type is inside the headlight, and headlight restoration in that case basically comes down to replacement. So, if you're expecting results in five minutes, this is probably not the product for you, otherwise, Fast Brite is a lot cheaper than a new pair of headlights.
